Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we do offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is also required.
If you’d like to start a return, please email us at info@gillshawpottery.co.uk within 15 days of receiving your order. Once we’ve confirmed your request, please return the item (within 14 days) to:

Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend obtaining proof of posting. Please note that returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know straight away so we can sort it out promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it has, the cost of the item will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that bank processing times can vary.
